I’ve been doing business with Iuchi Suisan since I used to purchase ingredients from the store I was working at before going independent.
Then, when I went independent and launched “dai!!”, I thought that in order for “dai!!” to continue and grow, it was essential that I purchase ingredients from a wholesaler with continuity and potential, so I decided to continue purchasing ingredients from Iuchi Suisan even after going independent.
I thought that the Iuchi brothers were young and would take on new challenges and grow in the future. Since then, I have been going to the market to stock up, and I have found Iuchi Suisan to be very energetic and invigorating!
Of course, I have complete trust in Iuchi Suisan’s discernment. I I hope we can trust each other and grow together toward the future!
