We have a long history with Iuchi Suisan. We have stocked at the central market since the opening of our business, and I knew Iuchi Suisan well before my predecessor became independent.
That is why we have been purchasing from them since the establishment of Iuchi Suisan.
Iuchi Suisan handles a wide variety of fish, so I can get exactly what I want. They also handle the smallest of details, shibuichi, and half-fish, which is one of the reasons I have always purchased from Iuchi Suisan.
I also like the fact that they have recently built a processing plant and are taking on new challenges.
I think there are not many wholesalers in the central market that do such a good job.
I hope the Iuchi brothers will continue to do their best and take on new challenges.
